Trainings are suitable to inject knowledge as well as to create a common language, which of course is important in conversations as we then are looking on a challenge through the same lens.
We have been designing and conducting training sessions on various topics for the last 15 years, ranging from small 1-2 hour sessions to complete training programs spanning over several months. Our strength lies in designing highly interactive training experiences that ensure no participant is left behind. Simply leaning back and listening to a presenter speak for an hour may provide a nice break from work but does little to enhance learning. To maximize learning, we advocate for a diverse mix of activities including speaking, listening, drawing, writing, and movement. This approach connects the activities to the underlying theory, increasing the likelihood of retention, similar to how creating a story to remember a shopping list helps recall the entire list.”
