Program Overview

A Product Owners objective is to maximise the value delivered for the users, for the product they are responsible for. It is someone who communicate the vision for the product and have a strategy to reach it. Inorder to do this they need to ensure the team has a clear line of sight to the users and that the Product Backlog is in good shape, ordered based on what gives the most value and that is understood by the team(s). This role entails a lot of communication, both outwards to users and inwards to the team as well as the competence to turn ideas into Product Backlog Items, ready to be pulled by the teams to mention a few.

Our Product Owner Training Program is a comprehensive 4-day course spread over a 2-month period. It is designed to provide deep insights and practical skills for effective product ownership and includes interactive training sessions, homework assignments, and 2 hours of dedicated mentorship. Participants will learn to manage product backlogs, prioritise effectively and ensure maximum value delivery for users and customers.
