Overview
Sometimes you run into those teams that seems to be able to accomplish everything, they collaborate and takes decisions seamlessly and are highly productive, with a smile. This training focuses on how to create the preconditions for this to happen as well as how you lead the leaders of such teams.
The training layout is a 3-day course spread over a 1-month period. It includes interactive training sessions, homework assignments, and 2 hours of dedicated mentorship

Understanding the underlaying principles of modern based product development, and having held a leadership role in or for teams is advantageous.
